Pattern department is focused on production of patterns for casting. Our department of technological preparation is involved in development of new patterns for casting in direct cooperation with the customer. We can guarantee very high quality standard thanks to the implementation of Quality Control Management EN ISO 9001:2009.

Our Pattern department is supplying:

• wood patterns and core boxes for single-part production as well as for series production
• patterns from the most modern resin and blocks
• aluminium patterns for very complicated castings and for series foundry production
• maximum size of patterns is: 2.000 x 2.000 x 1.000 mm
• we use the newest method of 3D Prototyping for production of our casting patterns.

All the patterns are produced in order to meet the requirements of DIN EN 12890 - H1 - H3 standards. Patterns are produces by classical technology or CNC lathe and milling on 4D and 4,5D machines. Patterns are produced according to 3D data, drawing documentation, according to prototype of the part or according to the casting from the customer.

We use these data format: DWG, DXF, IGES, STEP.
