Non-ferrous foundry production is equipped by the most modern machines for casting and for moulds. Our technologies are fully conform to all European standards for ecology and work hygiene.

The foundry of non-ferrous metals in Zator produces castings from aluminium alloys and bronze alloys.

Maximum weight of castings: Al - alloys up to 200 kg,  Cu - alloys up to 250 kg

Aluminium castings - alloys: AlSi10MgMn, AlSi12, AlSi9Cu3, AlSi7Mg0,3, AlZn10Si8Mg – UNIFONT 90,   AlMg5, AlMg3, other alloys due to the agreement

Bronze castings - alloys: CuAl alloys: CuAl10Ni2Mn1, CuSn alloys: CuSn5, CuSn10, CuSn12, Red Rg bronze - CuSn5Pb5Zn5,  CuSn5Pb3Zn5, other alloys according to your requirements

Surface treatment of castings: shot blasting, sand blasting, complete CNC machining

Quality control: The continuous quality control of every operation guarantees the highest quality of castings thanks to the implementation of Quality Management System EN ISO 9001:2009. Measurements and tests are performed by common measuring devices (digital measuring, measurement of solidity, photo documentation). In cooperation with our partners, we can provide non-destructive tests (ultra-sound, X-ray, chemical analysis).
